Job description

This highly adept and nimble boutique law firm seeks a Senior Associate / Counsel level Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join its team. The Founding Partner was trained at a Quinn Emanuel spinoff and has created a firm that offers ample room for growth, encourages business development, and takes a purpose-driven stance in high-stakes matters. Being plaintiff-side, the firm advocates for clients that include :

• Minimum-wage workers who are unfairly compensated
• Whistleblowers experiencing retaliation for taking a moral stand
• Victims of employment discrimination

This position is fully remote and has extremely reasonable expectations for working hours. Base compensation is $145k-$180k DOE.

CA bar admission and CA residency area required.
