Hatch Global Search is seeking an Employment Law Attorney in Costa Mesa, CA to advise and represent employers in workplace matters and related disputes.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of employment law experience, a California Bar license, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. This is an on-site, five-days-a-week role with opportunities to work with high-profile clients.

Job Description

An employment law attorney, also known as an employment lawyer, protects the rights and interests of employees and employers. Their responsibilities include:

• Legal advice: Advising on employment contracts and other employment-related matters
• Representing clients: Representing clients in cases of discrimination, wrongful termination, or wage disputes
• Assisting employers: Assisting employers with drafting employment contracts and agreements
• Human rights compliance: Assisting with human rights compliance
• Ministry of labor complaints: Assisting with ministry of labor complaint

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Costa Mesa, CA office.
