ABOUT THIS POSITION

This Employment Section advises City Departments on employment and labor issues, contract and transactional issues from the Human Resources Department, Fair Housing Law, Open Meeting requirements, Public Records requests, Code of Ethics concerns, and Gift Clause issues. The Law Department is comprised of two sections, the City Attorney's Office, which handles representing the City in civil matters, and the City Prosecutor's Office, which handles the prosecution of misdemeanor crimes committed in Phoenix.
