BCG Attorney Search seeks an Employment & Labor Senior Attorney in Costa Mesa, CA. The role offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement, and involves representing sophisticated clients on complex labor and employment matters.

You will independently manage a full litigation caseload, draft pleadings and briefs, and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations while mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with partners on strategy.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in employment litigation required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities
