Fredrikson & Byron seeks an Associate to join its Business Litigation group in Des Moines, with a hybrid remote option. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of business litigation experience, including real estate, construction, and commercial matters. JD from an ABA-accredited school and an active license in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction (with Iowa admission potential) are required. Prior private practice or related in-house experience is valued.
