Our customer, a leading multinational technology company, is seeking an Employment, Labor and Legal Investigator.

Duration: 6 months (with the potential to extend)

Location: This position will be remote but preferably the candidate would be in Arizona, California, Oregon, or Texas.

Job Description:

• Successful individual will be responsible for conducting an objective, internal investigation involving allegations of pay discrimination based on gender.
• Investigator will be responsible for collecting and analyzing all the facts regarding the allegation via sources such as witness interviews, various documentation, and review of the company’s guidelines.
• Responsible for determining whether company's guidelines were violated.

Qualifications:

• BA/MA/JD with 6-9 years, experience handling complex employment investigations.
• Substantive knowledge of a full range of US federal and state labor and employment laws and/or principles.
• Demonstrated investigation, analytical, and documentation skills, including the handling of sensitive/confidential information.
• Ability to identify risks and propose alternative methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to mitigate risks.
• Effective communication/presentation skills and influencing decision makers for outcomes and process improvements.
