  • Corporate Transaction Support: Advise on employment‑related risks in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and post‑closing workforce integration. Draft and negotiate employment agreements, non‑competes, separation agreements, and related documents.
  • Industry Focus: Work closely with innovative clients in technology and private equity, understanding their business needs and unique employment challenges.
Qualifications
  • Must possess excellent academic credentials, and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently an associate in a Chambers‑ranked Labor & Employment group.
  • Must be a member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar (depending on office affiliation).
  • Known for your sharp intellect, thoughtful approach to career development, and ability to make a positive impression with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and excellent judgment in high‑stakes situations.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator who earns credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver practical solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
