Serves as a key strategic partnership role in the recruitment and hiring of staff positions spanning the entire enterprise. Provides guidance, interpretation of applicable human resource (HR) policies and procedures to managers, employees and external/internal candidates. Functions as a primary liaison between internal and external applicants and various UR divisions to facilitate the hiring process for assigned client divisions.
