Salary ranges from $20.25 to $21.00 per hour, with a hybrid onsite work environment and opportunities to collaborate with service providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and train individuals to perform essential workplace tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers to track progress.
• Maintain case files and required documentation for PRIDE and partners.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
