Job Title: Employment Law Attorney / Class Action Associate (Remote, California)

We are seeking a talented Employment Law Attorney / Class Action Associate to join our growing California-based law firm. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), attractive bonus structure, PTO/vacation, and the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle class action litigation cases, primarily in employment law
• Represent clients in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment cases
• Manage PAGA wage and hour disputes
• Maintain compliance with California residency and licensing requirements

Qualifications

• California residency and active CA Bar License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in class action litigation
• Background in employment law, preferably on the plaintiff's side
• Experience with PAGA wage and hour claims
• Additional experience in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, or sexual harassment litigation is a plus
