Job Opportunity: Employment Law Attorney / Class Action Associate (Remote)

This role is hosted by Jobot and offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $220,000 annually, based on experience. The position is 100% remote and involves working as an Employment Law Attorney / Class Action Associate for a growing California-based law firm.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Must have CA residency and CA Bar License
• At least 2 years of class action litigation experience
• Background in employment law, with plaintiff's side experience preferred
• PAGA wage and hour litigation experience
• Experience with discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation is a plus
