Qualifications

• 2+ years of class action litigation experience.
• Employment law experience on plaintiff’s side is a plus.
• PAGA wage and hour experience preferred.

• Collaborate with clients and provide legal advice.

Job Details

As a Litigation Associate / Class Action Employment Law Attorney on our team, we are looking for

• CA residency
• CA Bar License
• 2+ years of class action litigation experience
• Employment law background (plaintiff's side experience would be a plus)
• PAGA wage and hour experience
• Discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation experience would be a bonus
