Qualifications

• Must hold CA Bar License and have 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in employment law on the plaintiff's side is a plus.
• Background in PAGA wage and hour regulations requested.

Responsibilities

• Handle class action litigation and employment law cases.
• Advise clients on legal issues regarding discrimination and wrongful termination.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and other stages of litigation.

Job Details

As a Litigation Associate / Class Action Employment Law Attorney on our team, we are looking for

• CA residency
• CA Bar License
• 2+ years of class action litigation experience
• Employment law background (plaintiff's side experience would be a plus)
• PAGA wage and hour experience
• Discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation experience would be a bonus
