Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions is supporting a multinational luxury fashion holding company in seeking a Temporary Employment Attorney for a 4-week contract in New York. The role covers advice on terminations, disciplinaries, grievances, risk assessments, PIPs, accommodation counseling, and policy vetting in a hybrid work environment.

We require 5+ years in Labor and Employment law, a JD and active law license, and the ability to work independently. Compensation is $90–$100 per hour.

Job description

Our client, a multinational luxury fashion holding company, is seeking a Temporary Employment Attorney for a 4 week contract assignment (could last longer). This attorney will handle advice on terminations/disciplinaries/grievances, risk assessment, PIPs, accommodation counseling, and policy vetting. This position is hybrid. Pay rate is $90-$100/hour.

Highly qualified applicants will possess the following education, skills, and experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Labor and Employment law

• JD and law license, active and in good standing.
