You will help establish a presence in the Phoenix market and grow within a nationally recognized firm. The role focuses on representing employees, crafting legal strategies, and guiding cases from intake through trial, with collaboration across attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or employment law.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support case evaluations, legal strategy development, and legal research.
• Draft and manage complaints, discovery requests, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences, objectives, and legal concerns.
• Assist in preparing cases for hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
