Qualifications:

• You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience in the following areas:
• Employment law compliance advice and counseling
• Preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts, policies
• Litigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, whistleblower
• Conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context of corporate M&A transactions
• You have strong writing skills
• You have outstanding research and analytical skills
• You are comfortable dealing directly with clients and can effectively balance multiple projects and be responsive to client advice and counseling requests
• You have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
• You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters to help you succeed on our team
• You have strong academic credentials
• You are a member of the California Bar
