The role:
Armis Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment and Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This pivotal role will be responsible for a broad range of employment law matters, both transactional and contentious, while also providing support on commercial agreements. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact at an innovating, market leading technology company while expanding your skills and legal expertise.

What you will do:

  • Provide expert legal counsel and guidance on a wide spectrum of employment law matters, including 1st line consulting on US matters as well as advisory and outside counsel management on international employment matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Manage and resolve pre-litigation disputes and litigation involving employment matters, working closely with outside counsel when necessary.
  • Assist with internal investigations and provide recommendations for appropriate action.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for HR and management on key employment law topics.
  • Advise on the employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Support the commercial legal team with review of various technology-related agreements, such as SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Assist with other corporate legal matters as needed.
  • Stay abreast of evolving employment laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.

What we expect:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar of at least one US state.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of total post-graduation legal experience, with a significant focus on both transactional and contentious employment law matters.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage employment-related disputes and litigation effectively.
  • At least modest experience drafting and reviewing technology commercial agreements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability tocommunicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • A preference for:
    • experience working in the technology industry.
    • familiarity with international employment law.
    • experience with data privacy regulations relevant to employment.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $200,000-230,000 per year.
