Imagine360 is seeking an Employer Risk Advisor to join the team! The Employer Risk Advisor will work directly with our internal sales team and broker partners to secure stop loss coverage for our new clients. Focus to be on larger prospects and national accounts. This role will provide strategic support as needed, including negotiating directly with carriers, providing creative solutions to roadblocks, and working with employers and groups to advise on risk strategies. The position requires a clear and thorough understanding of all aspects of stop loss insurance. The Employer Risk Advisor will be required to present and communicate complex insurance solutions so that it is understood by multiple audiences. Responsibilities will mostly include new business opportunities, with some support on previously sold renewals. Some travel may be required.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop a risk and sales strategy for each assigned case in coordination with Sales and management
• Identify stop loss solutions for large/complex prospects, either through direct placement or in support of our broker partner's efforts
• Work closely with Sales and brokers to deliver stop loss options that represent the value of Imagine360's reference based pricing, administrative, and Rx solutions
• Build relationships with Stop Loss carriers and other Vendor partners
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Required Experience/Education:

• Bachelors degree or years of experience accepted in lieu of degree required.
• 5+ years' experience working for a health benefits agency or general agent, specifically with employers in reviewing and deciding on stop loss options
• Significant experience advising employers with more than 1,000 employees on their health benefits
  
  
  

Skills and Abilities:

• Expert level understanding of stop loss insurance coverages
• Ability to develop strong relationships with team members and influence work product and outcomes without direct management responsibility
• Strong analytical and business case analysis skills
• Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation
• Entrepreneurial, with creative thinking skills
