Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience providing job development, placement and support services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as specified for Specialist II.
• Experience serving diverse populations and collaborating with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with area employers to market workforce programs.
• Develop and update job listings and facilitate employment workshops.
• Advise clients on vocational goals and track progress and barriers.
• Provide employment seminars in various settings to support re-entry into the community.
• Coordinate resources and tools such as a job bank and referrals to services.
