Job summary

Grand Canyon University is seeking an Employer Engagement Administrator to manage employer relations, develop partnerships, and expand internship and job opportunities for students and alumni. The role collaborates with Career Services, colleges, and campus stakeholders to execute industry-specific outreach and events.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in higher education career advising, an associate's degree (bachelor’s preferred), and the flexibility to support events outside standard

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in higher education career advising or related field.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours for events, including evenings/weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment background investigations.
• Support Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

Responsibilities

• Execute an annual plan for employer engagement to build relationships with employers and campus stakeholders.
• Meet target metrics for employer recruiting initiatives and document engagement levels.
• Collaborate with Career Services, Colleges and departments to run industry-specific outreach and events.
• Assist students and alumni in securing internships, work experiences, and employment opportunities.
• Stay informed on workforce trends and share updates with university leadership and partners.
• Use department systems to report on engagement activity and trends.
