PERFORMANCE DOOR & HARDWARE GROUP LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support marketing, social media and employer-branding across multiple brands. You will create content that highlights our people, projects, culture, career opportunities, and accomplishments to strengthen our presence with potential employees, customers, and partners.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and leadership to develop content that represents the organization and supports

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Photography, video editing, or website management experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, creative, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and locations.

Responsabilidades

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across company brands and platforms.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create engaging content highlighting employees, projects, culture, career opportunities, milestones, and community involvement.
• Partner with Human Resources to support employer-branding and recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate photos, videos, graphics, employee spotlights, and other digital content.
• Maintain consistent and professional branding across social media, recruiting materials, presentations, and other marketing communications.
• Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to increase company visibility.
• Assist with maintaining and updating company websites, including careers, projects, company information, news, and other content.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for website or marketing projects.
• Support career fairs, company events, recruiting campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.
