SharkNinja is seeking an Employer Brand Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in Needham, MA. The role blends branding and storytelling across digital channels and events, with hands-on content creation and collaboration with HR, Creative, and Marketing teams.

You’ll help develop social content, campus initiatives, and brand activations, gaining exposure to a fast-paced consumer product company known for innovation and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with onsite days in Needham, MA (as described).
• Strong storytelling instincts with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Canva and social media content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching digital assets for recruitment marketing across platforms.
• Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and careers site.
• Help tell authentic employee stories and experiment with new formats.
