Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking an Employee Services Associate in Dutch Harbor to support employees transiting through Alaska. The role includes coordinating ground transportation, lodging, and meals, while assisting the Warehouse and Logistics team and maintaining inventory control.

Based in Dutch Harbor, you will report to the Manager, People Operations and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience using Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year experience in warehouse, logistics or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Represents People Operations in Dutch Harbor for transiting employees/contractors.
• Secures appropriate overnight lodging and manages check-in processes.
• Facilitates flights and ground transportation rebooking as needed.
• Provides meals and incidental support during transits in Dutch Harbor.
• Maintains inventory, ships documents, and supports warehouse operations.
