Position Summary: The Employee Resource Center Specialist II provides advanced support to employees and managers across a wide range of HR topics, including benefits, leave of absence, payroll, company policies, training, and HRIS-related inquiries. This role is responsible for thoroughly researching and resolving complex issues prior to escalating to Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery. The Specialist also performs regular audits and data integrity reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.
