Responsibilities
  • Review and resolve sensitive employee concerns and investigations, including interpersonal conflicts and complaints
  • Provide guidance to business leaders on employee relations issues such as policy violations and performance management
  • Prepare independent investigation summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation for investigation materials and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage metrics related to Employee Relations activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in human resources roles, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws, including Title VI, ADA, FMLA, and others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
