Responsibilities
- Review and resolve sensitive employee concerns and investigations, including interpersonal conflicts and complaints
- Provide guidance to business leaders on employee relations issues such as policy violations and performance management
- Prepare independent investigation summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for investigation materials and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Conduct exit interviews and manage metrics related to Employee Relations activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in human resources roles, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws, including Title VI, ADA, FMLA, and others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
