Responsibilities
- Review and resolve sensitive employee concerns and investigations, including interpersonal conflicts and complaints
- Provide guidance to business leaders on employee relations issues such as policy violations and performance management
- Prepare independent investigation summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain electronic records for investigation materials and compliance with labor laws
- Conduct exit interviews and manage metrics related to Employee Relations activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource roles, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex issues and summarize essential information for various audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
