  • Provide guidance to business leaders on employee relations issues such as policy violations and performance management
  • Prepare independent investigation summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain electronic records for investigation materials and compliance with labor laws
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage metrics related to Employee Relations activity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource roles, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
