What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource roles, with at least 2 years in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
