Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze complex issues
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
