Job Description:

This role reports to the Director of Employee Relations, focusing on workplace investigations, disciplinary guidance, administrative support, and HR documentation. The candidate should be collaborative, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints (travel required)
  • Support managers and employees on HR issues
  • Manage disciplinary and performance processes
  • Handle calls from the employee whistleblower hotline
  • Generate HR reports and manage files
  • Maintain HRIS database (Paycom) and transactions
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • BA/BS preferred in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years in HR management or support roles with increasing responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Paycom
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Results-oriented, flexible, proactive
  • Experience in creative environments and supporting management
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US
