DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Title Documentation Specialist to review vehicle titles and ensure all supporting paperwork complies with state rules. You will support the Riverside dealership with daily administrative tasks and help manage title transfers and document security.

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience; titles experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record the previous 3 years.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle titles to ensure the title and supporting documentation adhere to state guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to the Riverside dealership.
• Ensure title documentation meets state requirements for title transfers.
• Partner with in-state vendor to ensure timely and accurate title transfers.
• Maintain security measures for the on-site file room and perform monthly audits of stored titles.
• Distribute titles to designated stores following vehicle movement.
• Cross-train in dealership title operations and be ready to assist as needed.

Distribute titles to designated stores to follow vehicle movement. Be a go-to person in a pinch by being cross-trained in dealership title operations, with a willingness to step in when needed.
