Knowledge Services seeks an Employee Relations Coordinator to support workforce management for our government and public-sector clients. You will act as the main contact for clients and on-site employees, drive employee relations programs, ensure accurate time tracking, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

The Employee Relations Coordinator is essential to the Workforce Management Team. This role is responsible for all aspects of client and employee service, including issue resolution, compliance, and overall workforce management delivery.
