The role supports the Division of Personnel's mission by delivering centralized expertise and tools that help state employees resolve personnel issues with accountability and respect.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, case law related to employee conduct and performance.
• Ability to support dispute resolution and performance improvement.
• Effective written and oral communication tailored to audience.
• Ability to identify and analyze rules, principles, and relationships.
