Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years HR generalist experience
• Master's degree with at least 1 year HR generalist experience
• At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Relations case management with accurate documentation and case data
• Develop and maintain Employee Relations dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Manage compliance calendars and track completion of regulatory requirements
• Review, maintain, and distribute HR policies and procedures
• Prepare reports to support Employee Relations initiatives and leadership decisions
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders on processes and projects
• Project manage cross-functional programs and priorities
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and special projects
