Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking an organized administrative professional to support employee recognition programs and events. You will coordinate logistics, maintain records, and assist with vendor communications to ensure consistent employee experiences across the organization.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree preferred, and about two years of related experience.
Our team primarily works Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours to support special events and employee engagement activities.
Supports the daily administration, coordination, and delivery of employee recognition programs, events, and related services.
Maintains accurate program information, assists with event logistics, and helps ensure consistent recognition experiences across the organization.
Essential Functions: Provides administrative and operational support for employee recognition programs, events, and department activities. Coordinates routine program logistics, including materials, supplies, attendance information, vendor communication, and on-site event support. Maintains recognition program records, databases, inventories, mailing lists, and other information needed to support accurate and timely program delivery. Supports employee recognition platforms, communication tools, and related resources by maintaining content, processing updates, and coordinating with internal and external partners. Administers routine recognition services and employee-facing resources in accordance with established guidelines and organizational procedures. Assists with recognition activities at main, off-site, and regional locations to support a consistent employee experience. Provides support for special projects, department priorities, and recurring recognition activities as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Associate's Degree, preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn recognition and event management software. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Two years of administrative, customer service, event coordination, or office support experience, preferred.
