Starlite Building Services in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients and field teams to deliver quality, on-time outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field and 3–5 years of construction management experience with subcontractors or commercial GC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management with a subcontractor or a commercial general contracting company.
• Preferred: Knowledge of millwork, carpentry, framing, and drywall; trade coordination and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to address purchasing challenges early.
• Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Working in partnership with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.
• Thorough completion of all financial data to identify issues affecting financial performance.
• Maintaining relationships to reinforce world-class customer service with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.
