• Order dairy products and supplies from approved vendors to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Maintain perishables standards and comply with health and safety procedures.
• Monitor cooler/freezer temperatures and document readings four times daily.
• Display planning, pricing accuracy, and stock rotation throughout the department.
