Job summary

Chatsworth Products (CPI) is hiring an Assembler/Packer for our Georgetown, Texas facility. You will perform repetitive assembly and packaging per engineering drawings and customer specs, including labeling and final inspection before shipment.

You may rotate across lines (TeraFrame, Mixed Model, Cabling, Accessories) while meeting safety, quality and productivity expectations. Willingness to extended hours and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, selects, inspects, assembles and/or packages product for final shipment to customer.
• Inspects material for shipping damage and ensures safety compliance.
• Requisitions packaging material and checks for defects.
• Informs Team Leader of parts needing rework or scrapping.
• Certifies QA processes with quality stamp.
