Job summary

Chatsworth Products is seeking an assembler/packer to perform repetitive assembly and packing tasks aligned with production schedules. You will use hand tools, fixtures, and measuring devices to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

You will prepare items for shipping and communicate any quality concerns to leadership. The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Capable of using measuring devices for product inspection.
• Minimum 1 year in Manufacturing/Industrial environment.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as production demands.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/pack products per standards using hand or light powered tools.
• Prepare products for shipping and labeling.
• Perform quality checks and apply Quality Stamp; report issues to supervisor/QA.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

Assembler/Packer - ECMPerforms repetitive assembly of products, parts, or materials by using hand tools, small powered tools, fixtures, adhesives, and fasteners to specific standards in a safe and efficient manner to produce products, parts and/or materials according to production standards and schedules. Responsible for meeting safety, quality and productivity expectations. Prepares product for shipping. Performs production tasks assigned by Team Leader.Under direct supervision, operates equipment and performs production tasks as assigned.Notifies Team Leader of any safety issues that need to be corrected prior to performing operations.Notifies Team Leader or Quality Assurance Inspector of any quality and/or mechanical problems that need to be resolved.
