Job summary

Graybar in Los Angeles is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products move efficiently through receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping. You will work with our Warehouse Management System to perform duties, and join an employee-owned company focused on learning and advancing to higher levels.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:45pm, with starting pay at $21.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to lift varying loads and climb ladders in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Receive and store materials per WMS procedures.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack LTL shipments; conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse; follow safety inspections.
