Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Ankeny, IA, to unload deliveries, receive inventory, store products, and pick/pack orders. The role may involve delivering orders in a light vehicle. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with pay starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in varying temperatures. Employee ownership and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE usage.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and receive inventory accurately.
• Store products in designated locations and update system records.
• Select and pack customer orders; may deliver orders in a light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
