Job summary

Graybar is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory. You will use a warehouse management system and operate forklifts, pallet jacks and push carts. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The position requires lifting and physical work, with shift Mon-Fri 10:30am-7:30pm and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Steel-toed boots are required. Benefits include ESOP and comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with a warehouse management system preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Steel-toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming material using the warehouse management system.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
