Job summary

Graybar in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure fast, accurate delivery of products. You will unload deliveries, receive inventory, store goods, and pick and pack customer orders, with occasional local delivery in a light van.

You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. This employee-owned company offers competitive pay ($19–$21/hour) and a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical requirements in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and use PPE according to procedures.
• Good attendance and work ethic; able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and receive inventory accurately.
• Store product in designated locations and document in system.
• Select and pack customer orders; deliver small orders by light van when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
