Job summary

DSG Supply in Helena, Montana is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, hourly role. Typical hours run from 6AM to 6PM, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities including order pulling, packing, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation.

The successful candidate will handle product preparation, maintain a safe work environment, and use computerized systems to track inventory. DSG emphasizes ESOP ownership and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Basic product and warehouse or delivery knowledge as typically gained in 1–3 years of experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling and packing.
• Ability to organize tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift operation.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Pull material from location to fill each order accurately.
• Pack, label and place orders in proper delivery locations.
• Operate gas and electric forklifts and riders as needed.
• Use RF scanner to track status, location and availability of products.
• Report inventory shortages or overages to inventory control.
• Load delivery trucks and assist in Receiving when possible.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
