Border States in Greeley, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, receive freight, check for damages, and distribute materials to stock locations. The role includes handling backorders and coordinating deliveries, while maintaining accurate inventory and safe work practices.

The position requires basic warehouse experience, familiarity with SAP and Windows, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems preferred.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old if driving; valid driver's license and medical certification may be required.
• PC working knowledge for Windows, internet and email is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and check for damages or shortages.
• Distribute material to proper stock locations.
• Fill special orders/backorders as material is received.
• Coordinate deliveries with internal teams or carriers as needed.
• Maintain inventory stock locations and keep shelves neat and accurate.
• Fill orders for delivery to customers and inform departments of stockouts or discrepancies.
