Job summary

Felix Construction in Phoenix seeks a Controls Panel Fabricator to build electrical panels for water and wastewater projects. The role is based in a climate-controlled shop, reports to the Panel Shop Manager, and requires adherence to UL508A standards.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical control and experience in panel shops, with good English communication and meticulous workmanship.

Qualifications

• Electrical control experience with UL508A panel shop background.
• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD skills for layout and wiring.
• Excellent attention to detail and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics to feed wire for new electrical panels.
• Pull BOMs to create job boxes.
• Utilize AutoCAD for enclosure/panel layouts.
• Redline schematic/print sets and update panel shop drawings.
• Fabricate panels and enclosures; operate tools and meters.
