Steinhafels is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to keep our store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members. You’ll perform routine cleaning across the sales floor, restrooms, break areas, and hospitality spaces, ensuring supplies are stocked and spaces are visually appealing.

Flexibility to work weekends is required, and you will join a team dedicated to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Understanding of proper cleaning products and safety measures.
• Work quickly without compromising quality and meet schedule demands.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and walking required throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, dust store areas.
• Restroom Maintenance: sanitize and restock supplies.
• Hospitality Areas: clean break rooms and staff spaces.
• Trash Removal & Disposal: empty bins and manage waste.
• Floor Care: maintain floors and promptly address spills.
• Cleaning Supplies Management: monitor and report stock levels.
• Special Cleaning Projects: assist with seasonal deep cleans and window cleaning.
• Customer Interaction: maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
• Health & Safety Compliance: use chemicals and equipment safely.
