Bardenay in Boise is seeking a friendly, professional server to ensure a memorable dining experience. You will welcome guests, take orders, assist with drink selections, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a smooth service.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of full-service serving experience, strong English communication, and are 21+. Average earnings are $25–$30 per hour plus tips, with benefits and employee ownership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Excellent oral communication skills are required.
• Positive interpersonal skills are required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and level tables and ensure side stations are stocked.
• Stay updated on current menu choices and know kitchen/bar availability.
• Present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, inform customers about food prep details.
• Maintain proper dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, and refill glasses.
• Proper tableside wine service and handling payments.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks and side-work as needed or directed by the supervisor.
• Greet guests warmly at the door and tables, adhere to grooming standards.
• Understand and communicate distillery products and processes.
