Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of job-related experience in A/E industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans aligned with client goals, brand standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate architectural, engineering, consultant, and contractor teams for commercial, retail, and grocery projects.
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Define, manage, and control project scope via formal change management processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones.
• Oversee budgets, cost estimating, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with teams to implement cost-control measures and improve efficiency.
• Manage contract administration and consultant performance.
• Establish and maintain project QA/QC standards with clients.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor associate PMs and project team members.
• Stay updated on building codes and AEC best practices.
