Job summary

Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and retail projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate architecture, engineering, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality, on-time results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years in A/E; Master’s preferred. LDG offers a flexible environment, ESOP, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of job-related experience in A/E/C industry or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client goals and brand standards.
• Coordinate architectural, engineering, consultant, and contractor teams for commercial, retail, and grocery projects.
• Lead all project lifecycle phases from initiation to closeout to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Define and control project scope with formal change management processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, track milestones, and drive timely delivery.
