Symbria’s Rehab Team at Beaumont Whitney Place in Northborough, MA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will establish goals and implement treatment plans with supervision of assistants, while maintaining productivity and thorough documentation.

New grads are welcome; we provide mentorship and hands-on experience. Flexible hours and weekend coverage help you balance patient care with personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license for OT.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute, long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• PRN Occupational Therapist will establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of OT Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
